Extraordinary!! Check-in was smooth and quick. The room is sparkling clean. It was small but expected as in all Ibis Hotels. Parking is available and is free of charge. Breakfast was nice and of good quality!!

For the 1 st time in my life, going to a hotel and have to ask for slippers and other services and have to ask again and again and still have to wait hours!!!
Also I just asked for a simple thing, delay the checkout to 3 pm the responder hang up!! After he said you have to leave at 2 max and spoke with a bad manner and loud voice , not just that , I had to wait long time for them to send room service the carry our luggage to checkout as they do not have anyone and we have to wait for the other hotel service to finish his brake.

The hotel is great I highly recommend it, and there’s a room service guy called Anzar he is very helpful, friendly and trustworthy. Regarding morning breakfast starts from 7 till 10:30am a wide variety of food choices and you’ll enjoy it. The service guys are friendly and helpful too.
I ordered once pepperoni pizza and didn’t like it but overall experience was very good! All the best??

Great place to stay, the entire ibis & adagio team is soo kind and courteous that you feel like home... Rooms are super clean and facilities are top class. Be it the staff at the reception, restaurant, housekeeping... the whole team was excellent and gave a superb hospitality during my stay and I cannot imagine staying elsewhere during my future trips to Jeddah!

Welcome to Ibis Jeddah Malik Road. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
