I never ever seen before like this hotel. It’s staff and food specially breakfast pretty good and delicious. I think this is the one of most beautiful and well designed hotel all around the kingdom. One of your staff member his name I think imran is so handsome and obedient.

as for the below review and feedback from the hotel, my experience already reflected earlier, it's too late now since I've already left weeks ago, so nothing useful to submit my experience at the moment. and in future, sorry to say that I'm positive sure that I'll skip this chain from my selection. appreciate your kind interest and earlier feed back.

One of the worst experiences i ever faced.
room cleaning level is below average, might the downtown hotels care more about cleaning and room serving.
noisy, cant get the needed rest when needed.
my stay was for 2 weeks, and after i changed to other hotel which was really a big difference, i wished i have chosen the second in the first place, but i will for sure next time.
based on what i saw, it might be good just to spend the 3 welcome days, not more, dont even think about it, and when you want to leave, you will be bothered to get reminded about your checkout the moment you close your door, as if someone is monitoring you in the room.
room facilities not working properly.
during my long stay, many things happened make me regret my stay there.
but, the staff are friendly and welcoming, even i didnt rest or enjoyed my stay there, hence, i dont recommend this hotel or the Accor chain to anyone.

The hotel is beautiful. The room we used to stay is really comtable. The staffs are helpful and nice specially the ones who worked on F&B during breakfast. I really recommend this amazing hotel cuz I got amazing experience with my family. ❤️❤️

The Executive Chef of Ibis is so accommodating with guest request. The dining staff are very courteous.
The housekeeping staff, Sulaiman is very attentive from day 1. His Filipino supervisor is ensuring his team is providing the best service by monitoring them while them as they clean each room.

The people working in the hotel are all friendly. I will not look into other hotels when i want to stay in Jeddah. I would like recognise Mona at the restaurant front desk, she is very helpful, and smiling all the time. Also Azad from housekeeping is a very polite person and always helpful when i need him. Thanks for the great hospitality, i will definitely come back

Welcome to Ibis Jeddah Malik Road. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Timings:
Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
