Great shisha and service was very attentive and welcoming. Really enjoyed our time, nice vibe and prices were good too. Definitely recommend will be visiting again :)❤️

I’ve been very happy staying here for my work trip. The room is comfortable and very clean: Halal from the cleaning staff took good care of me! The food has been good, I’m happy with several choices of vegetarian options. I found the breakfast buffet to be quite pricy for what little amount I wanted to eat - maybe can offer a “one plate” price that is more affordable.

I use to visit holiday in hotel to eat in tavola restaurant and this not first time I visited this restaurant, waiters and the chefs are very professional, crafting oriental , western food , drinks as well. I would like to thank Mr.Elias and Mr.puppy who were welcoming us with their hospitality manners.

Was a very nice stay. Rooms are clean. Food are good and people are very friendly.
Elias and Halamah were very very friendly and polite.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel staff, from the cleaning team, to the reception, to the wait staff, world class. We stayed for a couple weeks on business and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The food was also very enjoyable. Elias and Rimon made our stay incredibly memorable. They are the number one reason I will stay at this hotel every time I come to Jubail. We will return in a few weeks and I look forward to seeing these two again. They should be commended for their hard work, dedication, and superb customer service. Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home!
