Hilton Suites Makkah

We recently stayed at the hotel and can honestly say it was the best experience we've had for a long time. The hotel is located very close to the hara'am, it would take a few minutes walk from the room to the har'am. The hotel has a very high standard rooms and top rated service. The employees are very helpful and cheerful and respond extremely quickly to any requests. We will be staying here again when we next visit. Well done to all staff and management team for providing an exceptional service.

Best Hotel I have been to in Makkah so far. Extremely supportive staff and perfect spot close to the holy mosque. I got a free upgrade also, upon arrival , early checked in . I'm not sure if this was intended or it was a coincidence , but when I came back from my first Umrah , a dish of fruits was put in my room as a welcome , and it was perfectly on time :)

I recently stayed at the Hilton Suites and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern decor and comfortable amenities. The room was spotless and spacious, and the view to Masjid Al Haram was simply breathtaking. I was also very impressed with the wide array of services offered, especially the restaurants. It was truly a luxurious stay. I would like to give a special shout-out to Nazim, one of the staff members at the hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as pleasant as possible. He was always smiling, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests I had. His warm and friendly attitude made my stay all the more enjoyable. I want to thank Nazim for his outstanding service and I highly recommend the Hilton Suites for anyone looking for an exceptional and memorable stay.
