Room was clean and great, perfect panoramic views from the suite on the 17th floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location puts you at the center of Riyadh, just 20 min away from most places you would want to go to. Zubaida and Walaa at the reception were exceptionally nice.

I had a great time at this hotel, and what made it special was the care it’s great team had and would like to call out Ms.Walaa, Mr.Fahad and Ms. Judah who were always happy to help and were very welcoming! Would stay here again anytime I visit Riyadh. Thanks!

Receptionist doesn't know English at all, room is quite bright also during nightime and very few electric connections are available. WiFi slow

The hotel has an amazing view and amazing receptionists with professional and friendly attitude.
They care about customers satisfaction especially Bayan ??

This hotel is wonderful and the staff is so helpful specially Saud Alenizi. I recommend this hotel and it deserves a visit. It was a lovely night.
