The worst hotel ever!!!!! Not clean at all, very smelly and bed not clean and not comfy!!! And when I left the room and told them I couldn't sleep it's smellyyy and and i feel there's insects ? they did nothing!!!! When I returned back I saw the room not even made or cleaned !!!!

The room was nice but not the view. The Staff were okay but slow to act it took 2 calls to have someone come to my room to sort the lack of hot water. Which I had to wait 40 minutes to get

Unfortunately, the staff is not cooperative, the sounds of loud parties, the smell of the bed sheets and the pillow are bad. Frankly, the price is not worth it. One of the worst experiences. The curtains cover only the front part of the room, which means light from everywhere.

It was a horrible experience! I came from Qatar for urgent work in Riyadh, I reached almost 3 a.m. , and I needed to use the Internet and have a place to sleep, but unfortunately, the Internet wasn't working properly and I spent 2hrs watching them fixing the modem, then I slept few hrs,however when I wake up I found the same problem! I paid for a place to sleep and use the Internet, but I didn't get any of that. And they just took the money for nothing!
It was the worst experience!

The staff in this hotel made me feel so welcome everyone is happy to help an friendly. Thank you so much to everyone who made my stay. Highly recommend for a single female traveller. Stunning views of Riyadh the food in the hotel is also very nice ❤ thanks again HBD sahafa an all the staff
