My experience was very disappointing. First bathroom and notably toilet seat was very dirty (unpleasant to share photo here), and despite having informed reception I come back to the room and it’s still not cleaned. It’s winter and wasn’t able to turn AC off from the room, I informed the reception, yet AC is on and i slept in the freezing cold, waking up feeling sick….
