The hotel is good, the staff is superb friendly and hardworking. I have been particularly impressed from sales personnel Mr. Bilal, who engaged with us in Riyadh and previously in Jeddah. He did a terrific job to satisfying our guest and are always willing to go for extra miles to keep thier Corporate Clients comfortable.

My recent stay at Rafal was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with attentive service. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend Ascott Rafal to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

My stay at Ascott exceeded all expectations.
The hotel's location in a luxurious area was absolutely perfect.
The housekeeping team, especially Masud and Sujan, provided exceptional care for the 2-bedroom hotel apartment with utmost professionalism and a positive attitude.
The reception staff and janitor were also excellent.
Overall, a five-star experience in every aspect.
I highly recommend Ascott for a truly remarkable hotel stay.

Looks great in the photos and with a good location.. but the ‘friendly’ staff are not helpful and the rooms are a big disappointment for the price! Avoid, unless you are not picky about room cleanliness and having breakfast!

My deposit of 1000 SAR was charged, not blocked (unlike in other hotels). It’s been more than a month, and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
I’ve tried calling, I’ve tried writing to two different e-mails, and nothing… Bad customer service
