I am writing this review here as my review link expired before I could write one. I highly recommend staying at Four Points Sheraton. The rooms are comfortable, service top notch and food very delicious. I would like to express my gratitude towards Islam who was the perfect host at the dining area and provided us with anything we required at the earliest with a smile.

1) During check out Front desk associate was constantly on a personal phone call while generating the bill.
2) Very few people at the Front desk (never saw more than 1) resulting in long queues for billing/queries
3) When I needed someone at Concierge I was told that the person is out for breakfast. (Not expected in such a hotel honestly)
4) Nobody would pick the call at the laundry hotline in the hotel room
Overall, very bad experience

This is one of the oldest hotels in Riyadh, and is located in the old parts of the city down south. The area is called “Al-bat-ha”. The hotel is quite consumed, but is well-maintained with renovated rooms and furniture. Rooms are very spacious. The food is very good. The surrounding area doesn’t have much to offer beyond a park and some restaurants.

We visited at universal lounge cafe as a outsider. Beautiful Access of swimming pool and seating area. Amazing discount on drinks and dessert.

Wow! It was worth the time at the coffee shop yesterday. Thanks for the very accommodating and very attentive service and the ambience of the place is just recommendably relaxing. Special commendation and thanks to the Nepalese guy named Sarjit for the excellent service. Looking forward to visit with my friends again.
