利雅得哈尔迪亚喜来登酒店的四点

This is the first time that we stay in this hotel which is under the chain of Marriott and we were not happy. The front desk staff were nice. We checked in late and unfortunately, the room was not clean very well. The mater bathroom was not cleaned as we found a used towel. Both bathrooms had very severe and bad odors. Furthermore, We had a power trip and shortage with no reason. The emergency line promptly answered the call and fix the situation, were appreciated. We requested the front deck staff to change our room and immediately arranged to move us to a different room. Unfortunately, the new room has no hot water, we called the hotel emergency line and promptly, came and fix the problem. One final note is that too many flys in the lobby. We were very disappointed and we will never came to this hotel unless serious measures take place.

Only due to my ambassador elite I chose this property for my first visit to Riyadh but for sure I am not coming back here as I had to checkout in just one day due to poor managed property and worst location in Riyadh. I won’t recommend this to any business travelers. Al Olaya area is better with many average properties around.

I tried four points in Jeddah and i can rate it 10/5 stars or more, extremely good especially their food and yes everything. This is the reason i tried four points riyadh. But the outcome was unsatisfactory. Jeddah is far better than this in one riyadh. I think one of them should change name as they are far different. Good: valet parking. Worst: Breakfast - with egg station live cooking then in main dish section you have shakshuka, scrambled egg and hard boiled egg. All eggs. Then bread and fruit selection is very limited. Salad area typical this is ok. Main dish area, aside from the eggs, they only have canned beans, chicken liver, hotdog, oats and ful, tomato. Bad: Outdated interior All areas dark and gloomy Elevator is limited one is under repair Air-conditioning Water heater TV or entertainment Good: Location Best: Bed and pillows Room space Valet parking service

We stayed here for two nights and we had extremely noisy neighbors. They were definitely more than two staying in a junior suite. The video that's attached is of their noises at around 3:30am. They made our stay extremely bad, it was hard to even see a movie in the room because of these noises. The electric stove in their rooms never work and they dont have any pots or pans. So their is no purpose of the stove and a kitchen that they provide. The switches are broken. Their kettle wasn't working we had to request another one that they did provide. Their lifts are extremely old and faulty they work on their own and dont stop on our desired floors. Once we had to take the stairs from our floor because the lift wasn't coming and we had a careem waiting. The air-conditioning here in the room does not work at all and so we had to close it. This happened with us on our previous stays aswell. The air conditioning controller had on button missing as shown in the picture. It was bearable just because its winter time, or else it would have been a nightmare. Would not recommend if you are a tourist in Riyadh

The starters and main course were good, however, the sweets were not to our liking. The restaurant is very dated, staff on phones, the guest is left to unwrap the food, drinks still served in plastic glasses. it was empty and very cold.
