Day 1 at Faraj Al Madina - Rooms are excellent , clean, spacious and well equipped.
Breakfast menu - is limited, service is slow and inadequate, probably due to shortage of staff, the attending staff seems tired and sleepy.
Day 2 at Faraj Al Madina- Breakfast spread is cold and limited. Service at the breakfast buffet is lacking.
Day 3 - breakfast buffet lacking, service lacking. Extreme staff shortage , cold food.
Day 4 - even after requesting for the room to be cleaned , it wasn't cleaned till 10 pm. Again the breakfast service was terrible.
There's only 2 people to serve all those tables on the mezzanine floor.

Rooms are satisfactory. WiFi doesn't catch in inside room. The speed is very slow. Cleanliness is good. Location is not that bad. One good thing that they provide free shuttle service to Haram for all five time prayer.

I had a wonderful experience in the hotel, the hotel is very neat and tidy and the rooms are exactly as shown in their pictures. The staff is also very friendly and professional. They also provide shuttle service for all the 5 prayers at the prescribed times. The only drawback is the non availability of restaurants nearby which can be resolved by ordering online. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is in front of a highway, if you live on the front of the hotel facing the highway don't expect good nights sleep , Cars never stop speeding everywhere, It's a decent hotel with a little bit of high expenses, So I emphasize on don't have high hopes for what you pay , Every sanitizer Box was empty in my floor , The laundry service is so damn slow and crazy expensive.

Shuttle bus to haram in underground parking gate 21 excellent for women
Not good below expectation :
Check in process not meet my expectations ...1st I book superior room with city view but Tahany in reciption say yes & give me back view room ?
Family superior room with one mug & 1 towel ? ، slow response room service
