This is my second time staying at this hotel. I stayed here about two years ago, and honestly, I found a decline in cleanliness in the bathrooms and some insects were present. The cleaning team was not responsive, and I think their numbers were significantly reduced. There is no room cleaning after 12 noon. The reception staff are somewhat helpful and friendly. The coffee shop downstairs is very bad in terms of the service provided by the worker Munir and the quality of coffee and tea is poor. The internet connection in the rooms is weak. The shuttle service to the holy mosque provided by the hotel is excellent and positive. Having ground parking spaces is also a positive feature. I don't think I will repeat the experience at this hotel.
