FARAJ AL MADINA HOTEL

Nobody at breakfast station. Asked where the guy is, staff laughed at my question. Kindly asked to be refunded to look for a hotel with better service they refused.. terrible stay

Excellent rooms for the price. They have a shuttle service to the Haram before every prayer making the commute very easy. Location of the hotel is a bit remote. Around the hotel there's a restaurant nearby and a convenience store for general amenities. Google maps has 2 locations for the same hotel so you need to find the correct one (which is on Uthman ibn Affan Rd). Overall would highly recommend the place.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Reception team are fabulous, all the staff in the buffet are brilliant too. Rooms are lovely and really modern. Bus to the Haram is very efficient and regular. Had a nice stay.

Please stay away from this hotel. All of the good reviews on here from fake accounts if not paid to do them. Where do I start. First of all it’s not close to haram and the shuttle service does not adhere to the timings of the schedule. It leaves early and they change the timing of the bus without notice leaving you to pay for a taxi which is 25 SAR one way to the haram. I’ve spent close to 100 SAR because of this issue and all they have to say is “sorry my apologies” The rooms have really bad insulation you can clearly hear what’s going on in your neighbouring rooms and also the lobby. It’s really hard to sleep. Bathrooms don’t have shower doors so be ready for a puddle of water after every shower you take. Breakfast is poor. I honestly rather have breakfast near the haram from the street food places or one of the restaurants after fajr and then return back to hotel. I think the only good thing about this hotel are the beds and pillows. This is my honest opinion. I’ve spent 4 days here just waiting to checkout. They’re are a couple of other hotels much closer than this one with similar prices so do your research before booking.
