Worst hotel in Madina… even the public toilet Is better than this hotel…. Irresponsible staff …. No kettle no gyser… no telephone…. No rooms service…. Ugly bathroom with uncleaned tiles and closet…. Bad odour mattresses….

The lounge seems like a fish market, nobody would entertain you in fact the people at the counter are quite rude.
The hotel needs to work on its cleanliness and standard of service.
A single room can accommodate up to four people. However, 10/10 for location since Rawdah-e-Rasool is just a few steps away from the hotel. You may view Jannat-ul-baqai from your room as well.

Close to Masjid al Nabawi, Near jannat ul baqi Gate number 365. Decent size room, recently refurbished. Rooms clean and bathrooms are good size and clean. Hotel service is no good at all. Very busy and very bad customer service. I would say its still OK if you want stay close to Masjid al Nabawi.

* The rooms are clean and tidy
* The bathroom water heat is really small it finishes in the middle of the shower. I have a really cold shower.
* The furniture were made in old style which shows that the interior design is really cheap
* The room service is really slow and I have to order everything for example towels
