I came back a 2nd time in this amazing hotel. Customer experience is good and rooms are nice.
Room service team is always nice and polite, especially Roman.

Very disappointing!
I took the family for Breakfast at their 365 restaurant on a very special occasion (Eid celebration). I was surprised how poor was the organization and quality of the breakfast buffet. This was very different from my expectations based on the Hotel’s reputation and rating on Google (4.6/5 at the time I wrote this review).
It is possible that the public rating for the Hotel is based on guest experience who actually stayed at the hotel, but I always believe in: “how you do the little things is how you do everything!” and given the restaurant is part of the hotel and managed by the same team, then I’m confident my experience is as good as any other experience at this location.
Swift transformation starting with the management team is needed ASAP, otherwise the hotel’s reputation will be drastically impacted!

Best hotel experience in Riyadh
Everyone is super friendly and caring, ready to support at any time
Spacious gym which is now also open for women, swimming pool.
I received very nice flowers a couple of times, sweets and fruits
Breakfast is exceptional in nice hands of Tousif Shaikh, he finds individual approach to everyone and speaks all languages of the world ?
5 min by foot to any office in the business quarter makes it super convenient even during summer time.
Thank you and I will be back!

There was no way to turn the TV off in my room so it was on all night when I was trying to sleep. They charged my credit card the full security deposit amount (rather than placing a hold) at checkin, and it’s been almost three weeks since I’ve checked out and after tens of emails they still have not managed to refund to me the excess charged. Beware!

The best hotel and stay we had in Riyadh! It made our trip quite memorable. The service, food and the individuals working there were so kind and welcoming. They always did what they could for not only myself but for my baby too! I just didn't want to leave. Thank you to all the staff in Fairmont Riyadh for making our stay the best! We will definitely be back!
