I had a fair experience with my stay, prices were little expensive, perfect location , most staff were professional, no free valet even if you stay in the hotel but you can park your car in the basement

5 star hotle with out shampoo, body lotion and soap. Even if you request no body response to your request.

I regret to say i have stayed 6 days recently but im not satisfied , no steam room , sauna is not working , i asked the spa cleaner boy he said its not working since one month , what kind of this hotel which supposed to bec5 stars hotel ??? I will not recommend it to any of my friend
