After my daughter broke her leg, we needed a safe & comfortable place to spend a week before her surgery. Everything was wheelchair accessible, and service was very nice.. a bit slow though 😊

The hotel itself has exceptional standards, but what stood for me especially during this trip was Mr Naif's extra-ordinary hospitality. He is a 7 stars guest relations expert, any hotel would be lucky to have him. He has a keen eye for ensuring the guest has a good stay. Thanks mr Naif, wish you all the best.

Initially checking in in my original booking which is Junior suite. Didn't like it, actually it's normal room not suite by any mean. I called front desk for an upgrade to one bedroom king suite. They agree but I have to wait until the room become ready. I received their call 2 hours later asking me to visit the front desk to complete the payment and change the room since its ready. After the payment process completed, one lady her Name Latifa looks like she is the supervisor, she came to the front desk and told the other lady not to give me the room because she has VIP guest coming and she will want to give him my room which I already paid for. She has the courage to say that in front of my face with no care. Then I had to wait for some time to have another room ready and check in. Room service take forever, very slow. The shower area was not contained, if you take shower then all the toilet will be slipary full of water. Nothing was good at all. The hotel is pricy compare with others but they don't deserve the value paid for. NOT Recommended.

An Exceptional Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying at Double Tree by Hilton, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. I want to write this review about the service level of Humphrey and his group. They were truly helpful, supportive, very kind and decent. Handling the requests of big group numbers of guests professionally and in a very kind way. Always were on the top and on time. Highly recommending them as a service team for catering requests.
