Fantastic hotel situated in an excellent location. Being a newer establishment, everything from the furniture to the premises is pristine and clean. Although parking in the basement is limited, I've never faced any challenges securing a spot. The room service and reception are notably efficient and prompt. Having stayed here 3 times in the last 6 months, it has consistently been my top choice.

From the moment I stepped into the opulent lobby of the DoubleTree by Hilton in Riyadh, I was enveloped in an ambiance of sheer luxury and warmth. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel like royalty. And oh, the signature chocolate chip cookie upon check-in? It wasn't just a cookie; it was a delightful embrace of home in every bite. The room was a sanctuary of comfort, with plush bedding that seemed to whisper promises of the most restful sleep. Every corner of the room was meticulously designed, reflecting a blend of modern elegance and traditional Arabian charm. The view from my window was breathtaking, showcasing the vibrant pulse of Riyadh. Dining at the hotel was an experience in itself. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, telling tales of distant lands and age-old traditions. The chefs are true culinary artists, and their passion shines through in every bite. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and soul of its people. Every staff member, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of magical. Their dedication to service is unparalleled, making every guest feel cherished and valued. In a city as grand as Riyadh, the DoubleTree by Hilton stands out not just for its luxury but for the love and passion with which it serves its guests. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience, a memory, a love story between a traveler and a destination. I left with a heavy heart, but with the promise to return to this haven of love and warmth.

The experience was great! The check-in person has provided me a cookie. The room service are very good & they even provide a reviewer of the room service after it has been done (Thanks Ibrahim & Abdulwali). The only few complains those I have are: the lights buttons are crazy, you dont remember which switch is for which light. The AC is somehow not very fast in cooling the room, but generally acceptable. Other than that, the location, the room space, the bathroom space, the bed, & overall great!

Stayed here for a week and I noticed that a bottle was taken out of my luggage and thrown away!!! When i raised this point with reception and duty manager, all what i got after a week was an email stating: we have done investigation and no one took the bottle. I wonder if the bottle was vanished on its own!!!!

The hotel is good in general. Location is perfect, parking available and staff are very friendly. The building have two hotels with two different receptions. I didn't recognize that. I went to the one of the receptions when I arrived, but I didn't find my reservation. it takes a while until I found out that I have booked in the other hotel after the reception employee explained to me. The breakfast is normal to changes of menu.
