Excellent hotel location, very conveniently in front of mosque gate of 329 that is literally steps away from. Haram view from the room is beautiful. Rooms are a bit dated but better than most all other hotels nearby. They are planning to renovate soon, which will make stay here amazing with there service from staff members including managers is EXCEPTIONAL at breakfast. Thank you Fahad Khan for taking care of our family at breakfast with such professionalism and kindness. Will most certainly stay at the hotel again!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff are super friendly, and always helpful. Abdul Jaurad at the concierge desk went out of his way to help us out multiple times during our stay, and gave amazing advice. It was great to see super strong Ahmad walking around the hotel helping out with luggage (he’s huge, ask him what he benches, he’s very friendly). Definitely recommend.

The location is very nice.
The service are excellent; front liners are helpful: concierge, reception, and the house keeping, Abuhanif give his best effort for making up the room.
Furthermore, the future of upgrading interior is essential as describe in the pictures at the lobby. Hopefully, it will be happen soonest. Good luck and do the best.

Great location a few steps from Haram. Good customer service thanks to IHG group. The only downside of this amazing experience was the restaurant. We dined in for lunch buffet but was disappointed very expensive compared to the amount of food they offering plus the food wasn’t taste very good and after you paid premium for lunch you still have to pay for your drinks only water is free. We hope to see a change on this matter soon. For all just said I will give it 3.5 Stars only because the restaurant.

Amazing hotel. Building is a tad old but the people were extremely helpful and made up for it. Air conditioning was cold. Rooms are big. The bathroom needs renovation and old furniture inside the room needs to be replaced soon. Morning breakfast was a delight. Restaurant staff helped in everything and was humble. Overall I will recommend this hotel.
