Near to Haram (850 m to the Haram gate)
Small room,
no cleaning or service until you require,
Several room equipments are broken down, you need to make a claim for each one,
Old hotel, needs to be renovated,
Location on Ajyad street is plus as it's the best street near to Haram.

Rooms are OK....mattresses are a bit soft..carpets needs to be cleaned a bit more....
Location is approx. 1 km to Haram....which is a 10 to 15 min walk.

Room is small, corridor smells very bad and staff doesn't care about you.
There are many elevators, the hotel is close to the Kaaba and the staff at the reception is helpful
