Exceptional stay! The hotel staff, with a special mention to Fares Alharbi, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The meticulously maintained rooms created a soothing atmosphere, and the amenities and services surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable stay.

Restaurant was good.
Especially Mr. Azam service was outstanding.
The food is delicious and all the staff is very friendly and appreciable
Azam offered us great service at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was clean and cozy. They had a decent selection of food at the buffet.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was excellent.
Mr. A Aazam was attentive and knowledgeable, and he made sure that we had a perfect evening.
We will definitely be back!

I got to take a tour of this hotel a year ago. I knew that it had a great location attached to the exhibition center. When I came back, I decided to stay here a day. I am very glad I did. Lobby structure is very superb, neat and clean with beautiful smells.The interior is a little dark to me. the staff is truly there to be of help to all of its clients.

Great experience at the Crowne Plaza as always. always so helpful. The cleaning staff are amazing, and I’ll always come back to the hotel. The gym facilities could be better and the men’s jacuzzi doesn’t work but overall good experience.
