The hotel is nice overall but over priced these days because of the riyadh season maybe.
Rooms are very comfy and stylish especially for people who like a mix between classic, modern, retro and vintage style.
Staff overall are friendly even though I got some issues with the front desk regarding payment instructions that I requested but it was ignored.
The great disappointment was the gym which is very small and useless with no dumbbells or bars or even useful machine the pool also is very small but this normal with majority of hotels in Saudi Arabia.
The internet connection is very bad because the instability most of the time

The hotel is nice and good decoration, but there is no response from the team as we send many emails without response. Mohammad shareef the sales director is not responding to any email or complain so no luck if you have any issue to be solved.

The staff were very friendly, but that’s about it for positives.
The hotel is old, the rooms need some renovation. My room and the hallways smelled heavily like cigarette smoke and the hotel was so noisy around all hours of the day and night. The check out process was super old fashioned and took some time to finish. Not a good hotel to stay when you’re on a business trip for sure.

Beautiful hotel located just in front of a park and main Library.very good location.
Liked the interior and decore
Outside pool with sitting arrangements is also available.guests can enjoy their drinks and coffee with amazing pool view
