The Restaurant service is awesome. Chef Hussein and his assistance are very helpful. Food is very delicious. Desserts are varied and attractive. Prices are vdry competitive compared to other restaurants inside and outside Saudi. I do recommend the restaurant.

Shahen is a very respectful, serious and hardworking boy. Neat all the time, he shows kindness to everybody he encounters on his way. He deserves good attention.

This is an excellent choice of hotel to stay at when in Riyadh. It is in a good location with excellent coffee nearby. Additionally the garden is wonderful to sit in and catch some rays. However, what must be noted is how attentive the housekeeping staff are - I was lucky enough that Rafiq serviced my room ensuring I had plenty of water coffee and a spotless accomodation.
Will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The restaurant manager needs to be very careful when he is talking to guests and know what is being offered, raising his voice to both myself and my business colleague. He should definitely not shout at staff in front of use as we hear every word. The food also came out in different orders. The table was never cleaned, and they just kept the plates pile up. The vegetables were cold and raw, and the strawberry cheesecake was still frozen when it arrived at the table.
