Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lack of brightness. One bath towel only. No other towel that an apartment hotel used to provide.
AC were noisy creating unpleasant feeling during night sleep. Toilet lighting lack of brightness. Breakfast always served the same food. We can't make choices for breakfast.

Location is good close to shops and restaurants
The appointment is good and clean
The bad thing is services weren’t good at all
I asked the receptionist to provide a napkin and the didn’t
There were a party next door late night
The pathroom slide door was hard to move

the hotel does not match its star, bad service, food does not vary, no fruit. I don't think this is up to the stars
