If the choice was up to me, I would not book here. The reception was not good and professional when checking in, as well as when checking out. The service workers need training in hotel service and dealing with guests in a professional manner... I wish you improved quality and services and showing the best image of us to visitors to the city of Jeddah.

I been staying in this hotel more that I remember in every 6 weeks I here for more that 12 day,it's so convenient,clean and freindly staff,it's nearby all the activities you can think off in Jaddeh,I really appreciate the staff and freindly faces ,I even forget that I'm far away from home and big up to Mr Nagel house keeping manager, what a humble down on airth soul

So far the hotel has very bad smelling carpets and the AC causes the floors to be slippery. They also didn’t seem to change the blanket covers as mine had a strong smell of men’s cologne. I asked for a clean blanket for the bed and they brought me different kind, a brown one, which at least smelled clean. So far I’m disappointed at the hotel.
