So first of all, it is not to close to walk or not to far to drive or take a cab. So it order to go to gate 79 where the Umrah usually happens you have to walk for around 20 to 25 minutes. A taxi will take 20 to 30 riyals one way. There is a bus service that takes 5-7 minute out of that work and adds 15 to 30 minutes of wait time. After the bus you still have to work a definite 10 to 15 minutes additional to reach the gate of haram. So you either spend 50 rayals per trip or you just stay at the hotel and go to the mosque next to the hotel. It is a loose loose situation. If you are low life and you have nothing to do in your life other than to walk or stay at haram for 4 prayers like ASR to isha, then it should be your choice. The rooms are tiny services are non existent the staff is uneducated and unsophisticated and it has a very old lighting system that lights up when you walk there what it looks like a pitch dark ghost town when you come out. There are multiple buses stations and the people are announce in a lot a speakers so the noise is known to be a problem but didn't have any as my floor was a little higher up. The only good thing is the elevator that decent turn around time. Staff at the front as speak Arabic. He was nice. I did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment about it. Lot of Bengali population staying there. In all honesty if you want to decent hotel then get it in the same price at the route where the bus is go to Haram and you will be able to get haram in 5 riyal for the same amount of distance.

Worst hotel experience in the haram. All staff except one are rude, foul and ill mannered. Only good thing is location. Beds are rock solid, toilets are dirty and service is appalling. I highly recommend not to use this hotel, not worth the cheap price - worst experience ever
