Elaf Ajyad Hotel Makkah

One of the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Not at all worth even if they give you at cheap price. Zero service from the hotel. I stayed here for 3days, no room cleaning and water for all these days. And the hotel is at the bad location at the top of the hill. Not at all recommend for old people and family with kids. Lift doesn’t work properly. Receptionist staff was very rude and hotel employees are very irresponsible.

be careful before booking, as you need to be really desperated to book in this hotel. YOU CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT and Day, due AC machine outside alway working. have complained with Manager Mr. Mohamed and he wasn't responsive at all "they aren't intersted to solve the issue". Hotel not for Elder as it's on mountain/hills and many stairs are there. Phone Room not connected. WIFI very slow in rooms.

Extremely BAD experience. It was my first ever visit to Saudia and I was really embarrassed to spend it in this hotel. I had constant issues regarding room service. No one entertained me regarding cleaning and essential utensils. The staff constantly LIED to my face when I asked for water bottles and towels. I had booked 8 bed rather they gave me a 7 bed with no discount what so ever. I was forced to join 2 beds and accommodate 3 people on 2 beds, whereas they had extra mattresses available where they LIED to my face again. They mentioned it was a 4-star hotel, and I would consider it a 1-star hotel. I paid in advance, which was a mistake, and I had to deal with them throughout. It is located at a very high location, which is very hard to access. Washrooms are the size of aeroplanes. ANYONE VISITING should consider other hotels as they are the SAME price with more facilities, neat and tide environment. Please don't consider it a first option just on the basis of cheap prices. The carpets were disgusting and dirty. The washroom had food thrown into the sewers by previous guests. WiFi was extremely unreliable, and I had to manage 95% of the time with my cellular data.

Got No options for 0 reviews would choose 0🤢 staff here are pathetic the way they speak to us is ridiculous especially the receptionists. Room service is 0 don’t even answer the phone or respond to what we need when they do ask they just cut the phone off. The toilets here don’t even flush, the sinks are blocked and they stink. The location is awful it’s like climbing a mountain 💀. They told us it’s a 4 star hotel when it’s a 2 star hotel, DONT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Overall it's not a bad hotel. The only downside is it is up the hill so be prepared to walk up hill. Although they have small electric carts which will bring you down to the main the road only. The staff is really nice though.
