Imagine the worst hotel you have seen ever..this is worse. Carpets are full of hair and stained. Curtains are stained. Hair clogged under door. Shower cracked. Its disgusting. I would love to know who is giving 4/5 star reviews because it is nonsense. The worst hotel i have ever been in. In the UK, this would never be allowed. P.s. Of course it is non refundable because they would never make money otherwise. In a place like Makkah we expect honesty, integrity and morals. There is none of that here. We left as soon as we got in. Reception acted concerned and as soon as we said it was already paid, they basically said oh well, its done. Do not book. We will be sharing more info about this disaster of a hotel soon. Imagine ruining peoples Umrah? Laughable. I see all the responses below are of a standard copy and paste nature to make it look like they care but once you are here and the money is with them they don’t care. They have said so themselves

No star at all!! You guys should improve your customer service. The room is dirty, bed sheets and pillow case are not washed the carpet has too many stains, the curtain is dusty, the kettle is dirty we did not make coffee beacuse of that!! When we requested slippers you gave us one when in fact we are two booked to that room. The first room you gave us the AC is not working you even cleaned it when we arrived so I smell all the dust and it caused me coughing and sneezing and until now I am not feeling well!! Please do not waste your money here this hotel is beautiful outside (reception) but most dirtiest in inside on the other hand, scam!!!!!

0 STARS. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everyone was unhelpful and made me very uncomfortable during my 10 day stay here during Ramadan. I won’t name anyone but I’m sure when they read this review they will know who they are. The hotel room was filthy and run down as you can see in the images. We asked the room to be cleaned on the 3rd day and we came back after more than 12 hours (due to prayers etc) to a room that wasn’t cleaned. A worker came into the room as we requested towels and toilet rolls. He then proceeded to shout and raise his tone and start speaking in Arabic as towels were in the tub. The usual policy in hotels is to leave towels in the tub/ floor in order for them to be replaced but he advised they should be hung up?? This is so ridiculous but if they have this policy it should have been stated at the start! He then said we should press 0 if we need anything - the phone in our room wasn’t even connected!!! Spent nearly £2k to stay in a hotel and feel uncomfortable and treated differently to other guests. I will never return here or recommend this hotel to anyone. The workers should take some customer service courses and learn manners. We asked for a manager to come to our room the following day following the incident with the worker.. no one came to ask what happened and if everything was okay etc. Absolute horrible service, wish I could get a refund!

Do not waste your money and specially your energy. This hotel is located on a very high steep and you wont be able to go to haram or come back from haram by walking. There is no any shuttle service. You have to pay 10SAR for taxi each time. Also their rooms are dirty. Dirty carpets and smelly washroom, it seems like there are no P-Traps installed in their baths. Complete mess. There is no any room service number. They even dont bother to ask for cleaning. Simply pathetic hotel!!!! Dont go with the pics that they have shared on booking apps. Its completly opposite to that! Worst location ever ever! Worst service Worst cleanliness Only good thing is wifi is strong. Lastly there are only 4 lifts for 14 floors and each floor have almost 12 to 14 rooms. At prayer time you have to wait for at keast 10 to 15 minutes. Badly programmed lifts. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

terrible service. no-one came to clean our room for 5 whole days. we had to beg them to clean it. the toilet flush doesnt work. neither does the tv. not much space in the room or available charging outlets. the bathroom is awfully designed and whenever u shower the water floods everywhere. rude staff and digusting food. the wifi is so bad and barely even works. not a sanitary hotel at all. dust is everywhere too. beds are uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. the doors are loud and the key card doesnt work well. the alarm tends to set off randomly. i do not recommend coming here.
