Great location with easy access to King Fahd Blvd. However, the hotel common areas are quite aging and lack upgrades and maintenance. The rooms are slightly better but could also use some basic renovations.
Overall I do not regret staying here, but I probably won't be back again unless the building and all facilities are overhauled.

Hi
Me stay here for 3 day every day evening time i go terrace this place are sweet able speacilly staff service to much good,Rabbi i just impressed her service.as welly i this hotel.InshaAllah i will came again in this hotel.

Update
Everyday im facing alot of issues with the reception team as they have attitude issue and very rude and unwelcoming.. my issues are not resolved till now .. i asked several times to talk with a manager but they refuse to even hear from a guest who is treated in a very rude and bad attitude.. unfortunately im still in this ridiculous hotel and will leave next Friday
I will post everything on the social media

Very nice staff, i love spending time in their downstairs cafe. Food is clean, fairly priced and delicious.

Checked in October 2023 :
- Rooms are big considered to other hotels .
- Parking easy entrance and exit .
- All floors ( Basement , Ground floor , my room floor ) were tidy , clean , and smelling perfect) .
- Staff were very friendly and helpful .
- Everything was provided in the room ! Several electric sockets ( perfect for having several electronics to charge ) , note book , prayer carpet with Quraan , morning drinks ( water , Nescafe , coffee matte , black/Green Tea ) are refilled day by day .
- Bathroom equipments ( Towels , Shampoo , body shampoo , cream , lotion … etc ) are changed/refilled on daily basis .
- Bathroom Hot water is available 24/7 .
- Mattress and pillows are the best part , they are very comfy . I just want to ask for the pillows supplier so I can buy from it .
Note : I’ve never asked for assistance or support , like really and honestly speaking everything was on spot .
*Advice : Universal switch converter must be in every room, as some visitors are coming from EU or US with different type of chargers that might not fit into GCC electric output*
Well done team and hope to see Hotel chain getting bigger .
