The hotel is beautiful, but the prices are high and there is no good service. There are no shops or services near the hotel. The hotel is annoying, There are construction companies next to the hotel and there is noise all day long. Also expensive hotel.

The hotel is ok, but if you have status and are expecting an upgrade you can forget it. They will give you the room that you paid for even if you are titanium status. I have stayed here 2 times and have not been upgraded even to a slightly larger room despite asking

My second stay at Courtyard by Marriott Olaya was even better than the first. The service and hospitality have remarkably improved, making for a highly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. Its prime location is perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommend for its excellent service and great value.

It was really disappointing to arrive to the hotel with this nonstop hammers and drilling from the neighbour land. And despite I sent a prior note to the hotel to have a quite room, I recieved a room in the 4th floor near to the meeting hall where all the time they have speeches going on and too many staff members are in the corridors of the rooms. Elevators does not work properly, u need to scan your card several times and catch the screen to choose floors in a second.

I was especially amazed by how friendly the reception team are, they were completely greeting guests with the biggest smiles - each and everyone one of them.
Also, thank you Haris for exceptional housekeeping service.
