The hotel looks nice but when we went to the room there was a really Bad smell from the bathroom! I asked the reception to change the room and he told me no rooms available although when I checked online there was rooms!

I have booked here before, and left my chromecast attached to the television... I called the reception and they said they found it. I went there and informed them, the man left and never came back... I was on hazard outside so I left the vicintiy... but please when guests left something... give it back... or keep it in the lost and found... do not take it home... I hope management will keep an eye on this...

I just checked in today and unfortunately they have kept me waiting for around 50 min to get my room because it was not ready although I have arrived 30 minutes after the defined check in time . However the hotel is clean and good

All the staff in B1 are very friendly and accomodating, they really attend and entertain all your inquiry, especially the captain sherif...
