Was a great time and experience staying at the Crowne Plaza in Al Waha. Clean and tidy rooms, very proactive cleaners, supported assistants at the front desk. The food was really great, enjoyed every bit. I would recommend again

The place starting from the lobby is great and the ambience feels really soothing and calm. Went here to celebrate with my relatives and the food made the celebration an unforgettable memory. The service here is great especially Mr. Shahadat and Aazam as they were attentive towards us and asking if we ever need something. I would recommend this place as a get-together gathering with other acquaintances and family. 😁🙌

Room service and hotel amenities are good. But the main reason made me to give 5 star ⭐️ is Restaurant team and Service. Restaurant team under supervision of Mr. Benjamin (Ben) are doing great job. From the moment you step in the restaurant, warm welcome and superb caring service was given. They make sure to come and check on you if you need anything more. And while going out of restaurant warm farewell thank you is always there. Overall, big thanks to Ben and his team as this kind of super service is given each and every customer who walks in. Ben is your key asset off your company. Well done Ben and restaurant team!!!!

It was a one night stay and the hotel was quite busy with guests due to an event in the city. Bit they were able to maintain service in a decent way but I would expect more as in comparison with other Crowns plazas. The front desk staff was very warm and helpful though.
