Free spacious parking available in 2 floors. Location is near by. Barbar shop is inside hotel ground floor which is real advantage as it has nominal rates and not so crowd. Small market inside hotel with nominal rates and tea n other routine stuff is available. Overall good place to stay.
Also they have bus service if u want to use otherwise taxi are also found easily near by. Normally charges 15 to 20 SAR to haram.

Bad hotel there was a bug on my bed and I couldn’t believe my eyes I thought it was a good hotel my brother was a hero he drowned the bug no chance I completely hate this hotel and it’s attracted to human breath my sister raneem can show proof with a picture but i didn’t the light is poor i saw on the picture wide room 4 beds but they lied only 3 beds and there is no towel the fan is so cold and you need to get your stuff to have a towel the price needs to be a bit low but even insects like a cockroach,fly,bed bug,spider.

First, no towels. After contacting the service desk, it was found that visitors need to sign a form.
Second, transport is *****, most of the times, you are required to stand the way back. And furthermore, not all buses are owned by the company. I waited more than 50 minutes to findout that the bus is owned by anothe hotel and the only way to fond out is searching for an A4 paper saying Amjad al deafa wich isnt clear. Contacting to hotel was useless.
Lastly, if you need anyhelp good luck, you are on your own, contacting the help dest is absolutely useless. Last ti e ever coming to this hotel, totally ruined my day.

Nice hotel for traveller to Makkah.. and it's near also to Al Haram. Staff a quite accommodating. They offer pick and drop to Al Harram mosque. it's little bit noise outside the room that u can even heard inside and couldn't sleep properly.

Very bad customer service.
Shuttle service to haram not on time ( hotel people will tell you it is 24x7)
WiFi doesn’t work.
Rooms are ok but very inconvenient if you are here as a pilgrim.
