I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, largely due to the unprofessionalism I encountered with the receptionist. The lack of courtesy and attention to guests' needs was evident throughout my stay.
Upon check-in, I was met with a dismissive attitude and felt unwelcome. The receptionist seemed disinterested in addressing my inquiries and appeared to be more focused on personal matters than providing quality customer service. This unprofessional demeanor continued during subsequent interactions, leaving me with a negative impression of the hotel's front desk staff.
I believe that improving the professionalism and customer service skills of the receptionist team would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this hotel. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, with the aim of fostering a more welcoming atmosphere for future guests.
