It was ok. Kudos to the manager of the breakfast buffet for delivering a more personalized service.
Otherwise definitely not a 4 stars hotel by international standards.

Good four star hotel. No tall claims; excellent food; professional customer care; prime location; you can't possibly ask for more.

Service is excellent. Front desk was professional. Concierge was polite and helpful. Those assigned in the breakfast hall were all nice.
Place is very central. It’s near to everything like malls, restaurants, and the famous Tahalia street.
Breakfast was okay. Food was not salty which I liked. The bread was great and this was the best in all that is offered in the menu.
The rooms are okay, very spacious. I like the shower room.

The worst hotel ever i made a reservation through booking com and arrived late ( i mentioned in my reservation that i am arriving late )worst staff they do not care and i had to sleep in a car because my flight does not match the policy
