The hotel staffs are really nice especially the front desk staffs are really accommodating. Excellent service!
The room is spacious and clean. My family enjoyed the jacuzzi and the swimming pool has a heater which we really liked!
The hallway smells good.

Quiet 4 Stars Hotel , Central location , good food , Room is fine , Staff is helpful , but not responding to room calls quickly , also room service & laundary not available all the time

The hotel is nice, the staffs are very much welcoming and friendly, and the food is great which is reflected that chief Rafat is a professional.

In good location, room price is affordable, breakfast quite good and rich.
Staff behavior is average.
But it doesn't deserve 4 star rate.
No daily cleaning in the room, no replacement of water and room connection door is poor, you have to live with very noisy next door neighbor.
May be for just for a day you can stay but no more
