Me and my family are very disappointed at this hotel and we will never book this hotel again. The only good thing with this hotel is that it is clean, that’s it. But there service is so bad. On their website it says that it is free busses from hotel to haram and back. Every day we have to wait one hour in haram and call the hotel 100 times to ask where the bus is. And they told us every half hour the bus go from haram, they are lying. When we talk with the reception they are very mean with how they talk to us. Every other hotel have busses that goes from haram every 20 minutes. Only this hotel always have problem with the bus. It’s not okey how they talk to us, treat us and how they are lying with the bus time.

The receptionist knows nothing about customer satisfaction and to deal with customers. There are frequent power outages that last for hours and hours. When you check-in, the rooms are not ready and you have to keep waiting.

Lovely hotel. Very spacious lounges to relax downstairs. Very neat and clean. Lovely shop to purchase small food items.

I can say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If we turn on the air conditioner, we freeze, if we don't, we burn. internet does not work, I had to use my own internet all the time. I don't even want to talk about restaurants, I don't stop by anymore, the same meals every day, no fruit served. There is hardly any drink other than water. It would be better if there is no laundry pattern, it does not have any contribution.
