I'm staying here from 30 Jul 19 for about one month. Due to Hajj days, hotel is over crowded. I'm also staying for Hajj.
Hotel's construction is good. Once we came to hotel, towels were placed on each bed. Toilet was equipped with tissue rolls, shampoo and soap. However, management refused to replenish tissues; also soap are replenished after number of requests. Shampoo never replenished and about towels, I asked from the reception, and they said that they don't have other towels to replenish or replace the dirty/used towels. So customers are forced to wash even the towels provided by hotel.
Large hall common for 4 towers of hotel has been converted into grand mosque temporarily for Hujjaj.
6 persons are being accommodated in the room of 2. But I guess, it's common for all hotels during Hajj season.

Stayed almost 28 days. Hotel has no cleaning schedule. Reported many times but cleaning staff did not came. Cleaning was done only 2 times in stayed duration. Cleaning staff behavior was a bit rude. Lifts were crowded. Bedsheets and towels were replaced just once on repeating requests. No replanishment for consumables. Don't even provided toilet paper.
