The location was good. The room was okay. The false ceiling in the toilet was coming apart. The elevator was not available. Even with 4 person, it would not function. Would show as Overload. Hair dryer was also not working.

Rooms are neat and tidy but the bus service is an issue. It stops away from Alharam which is the downside. Performing umra alone without bus service is OK, but I don't recommend it being with family.

Located near Haram Sharif
Nice and clean room
Staff is cooperative
Desi food available in few minutes walk
Shuttle to Haram is poor with just on bus.
