Very very bad
Very very dirty
No housekeeping
No electric sockets in the room
There is insects in the bathroom
Very crowded elevators
I will never stay in this hotel again

The location of this hotel is near to Masjid al-Haram, it is clean, but the rooms are very small. The size of four bedrooms is 20x10. The number of elevators is very less. There is a kitchen facility in the room but the stove is not usable.
