Al Massa Bader Hotel

It was a bad experience to stay here,, don't choose this hotel for stay,, we asked for cleaning of room they said that they do after every 3 days,, at check out no luggage trolly to move luggage,, bad behavior of reception staff,, people bear them due to stay for Hujj and Umrah

As per my daughter, this hotel "saved my life." I must say, for the price and location this has got to be one of the best hotels near the Haram. My daughter rated it just as equal as Swissotel (Clock Tower) or Zam Zam Pullman. Although rated as 3 Star hotel. This hotel deserves to be rated at least 4.5 Stars. The staff was extremely helpful. There were always sufficient staff present at the front desk, and never had to wait longer than a minute for them to reach out to see if the guests needed any service. We were on 20th floor, and noted immediately as soon as we arrived that there were permanent (same) housekeeping staff was present to assist guests at all time. Our housekeeping staff person's name was Abdurrahman. As soon as we checked in, he immediately introduced himself to us, and told us to let him know if we need any assistance, and I've noticed other guests on the floor also called him by his name, and he was very approachable. At the end of his shift he also brought his replacement at night to introduce to guests, letting them know he was now off and his partner would be his replacement. We had some hotel reservations issues with our original booking and as I walked into this hotel and asked availability. The staff was very forthcoming bout the reasonable charges and extremely accommodating. I requested that I wanted to see the room. They immediately gave me the keys and asked me to check it out for myself. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah. Its located about 1KM from the Haram on Ibrahim Khalil Road, with plenty of shopping area and nearby the main taxi and bus stand.

- rooms are not well done... (bathroom not clean -.bad smell and seems that they do not use detergents.) - room service is bad : we waited almost 12hours to receive bath towels. - room overall situation is lower than average.

Rooms are fine.. on main Ibrahim khalil road lobby area is good.. central air conditioning.. don't expect good services but its good for stay . compared to many

Hotel is very big. But only 10 lifts. People fight for lifts on namaz time. Think before coming to this hotel. Location good Rooms good
