Room is spacious. And hotel lobby is also good. But There is no Internet one of the biggest issue. The staff is totally rude they treat you as you are there servant's no one respond on your call. And your room is not safe as there employees open your room with the master key. Without even knocking the door and if you forget any of your precious belongings in the room then imagine what gonna happen. And when you come to reception for the complain they all get together and scold you by make hand gestures go go go away.

Rooms and bathrooms had corkroaches and flies and other bugs. Ac control was faulty. Too crowded. Only 1 room key they declined to provide more to 3 of us sharing. Uncooperative reception staff.
Pictures on maps are way too old. Overall hotel is in bad condition

Rooms were spacious but too many small insects. Room cleaner boy (Ismail) was good but Hotel management was very very poor. Only 4 lifts are available for 10 floor hotel with the capacity of 4 persons max.

It's a decent hotel on Al Hijrah Road. 15 - 20 minutes walk from Haram. You will find good options for Pakistani food around the hotel and all basic necessities of life shop also.
