The hotel is near to haram and it’s a 3 star category hotel the rooms are small and they provide no service they don’t have room services they sweeping staff is very rude if u ask them to clean the room or toilet they will give u 100 of excusess and behave very rudely !!!! My stay was horrible over there I stayed almost 10 days and the services was horrible

Very bad experience we had already booked the hotel and reached their at 8:30pm. They gave us dirty room. Upon asking the agent he made the stupidest excuse saying that because we came from Madinah on a taxi instead of train they were expecting us to reach at 11 because that's the time for the train ? And my parents were so tired and in Ahraam. They were not even talking to us properly and imagine we had already paid for 8days trip ! Worst experience ever! I also made a video of the room !

Badar Al Masa Hotel left me with mixed feelings.
Let's start with the positives: the location is excellent, offering easy access to Masjid Al Haram and also a lot of shops n food points are near the hotel .
The staff was not friendly, didn't assist with any queries or requests. The room was good but the washroom condition was not good. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal was good. I must commend the hotel for its efforts in maintaining cleanliness and providing a comfortable stay overall. With a few improvements, Badar Al Masa Hotel has the potential to be a top choice for travelers visiting the area.

It was a bad experience to stay here,, don't choose this hotel for stay,, we asked for cleaning of room they said that they do after every 3 days,, at check out no luggage trolly to move luggage,, bad behavior of reception staff,, people bear them due to stay for Hujj and Umrah
