Afraa at the Kids Club was so wonderful! My little brother doesn’t like talking to new people or even his teachers but he insisted that she plays with him and he even stayed 3hours longer than we had planned because she was so good with him and made him have fun. He was very upset to leave. She was so great! lovely woman!

To be improve...
improper curtain design n due to that not able to sleep properly especially my kid...
No housekeeping on time....
Washroom not arranged n stuff not available...
No toothpaste, no shaving kit, no comb, all stuff used arranged by my family...

I stayed in Makkah tower 5, excellent service, room
Cleaned the room daily.
service was awesome, cleaned room daily and
Nizam the housekeeping staff extremely helpful kind and polite. Always asked if we needed tea coffee or water.
Mr Faisal was also very helpful and polite during our whole stay.
Highly recommended. Will stay again IA.

Awesome hospitality from hotel's staffs. And especially I would like to mention name of Rafiqul Islam who is very genuine and helpful guy. One of best room services he provides. Special thanks to him and his supervisor.
