There are a lot of explore within The National Museum of Saudi. It’s also very informative if you want to learn about the country’s history and the Islamic culture. There are also English info cards around. However, the English information doesn’t seem to be fully ready yet, as some information are still missing.
The garden around is amazing too! It’s totally worth a visit for around 2-3 hours! Btw, they also have temporary exhibitions from time to time, which is amazing!

Any museum creates enough curiosity, what all contains. It's a very large place. It covers geographical aspects, early civilisations, some fossils and very detailed history of Islam. Mosque replicas are very beautiful as well.
There are a few activities for children.
Outside open garden with a stream is equally good.
Don't miss the palace nearby.

A good place to visit. Tickets not needed, however, ensure you have face masks. A beautiful and calm park besides makes it a good picnic spot. You may as well buy sea food fresh and have it prepared for the picnic. Ensure you leave it clean.

I visited during Eid holidays. But since I had visited with my friends, we’re not allowed to the park. We’re informed it’s only for the family. Don’t know it’s allocated only for families all the days or only in special days (no instructions about this). The security showed us an area outside the main park (allocated for non family members), which has nothing to watch. So finally it was a disappointing visit.
But what I saw during short walk through park area; they are amazing, very calm environment and looked to be a nice place for family, especially for children.
