This hotel is most centrally located near Al haram mosque and is having very easy access to mosque and all areas around it. The clock tower is full of local and international restaurants where one can enjoy local and international food round the clock . The area also have shopping centre where one can perchase thing from day to day use and at the same time have access to famous international brands at door step

I had an incredible experience at the Clock Tower in Makkah! This place truly has it all. The food court offers an amazing variety of delicious options, satisfying every craving. The grocery market is a convenient addition, making it easy to find everything you need. The abundance of available lifts ensures smooth and hassle-free access. A perfect destination for both convenience and enjoyment!

Worst maintenance. I know that the building was made just 21 years ago but within a short time, it has come to a situation where it must be demolished! Old furniture, old lift system, poor hygiene, really very dirty. No words! The location is the only thing why I'm not mentioning each negativity here but please, remove it. Hotels, restaurants even the mall inside is one star

One of the best place to roam specially if you are with kids. Food courts are really big and with reasonable prices as compared to other outlets in suburbs. The staff response mostly is rude and not helping. Needs to improve upon the attitude of staff towards visitors.

The hotel is just at the perfect location next to Haram. Quality is top class as well. Worth the money if you want to have the ease of getting into prayer easily in crowed times like Haj
