We were sleeping after long traveling + Omra. We put a sign “DO NOT DISTURB” at the door. Room service came at 2:30am Knock the door strongly !!! To deliver something we didn’t order ! After few minutes, someone called at the room for the same things! How to spoil a short stay ! Not expecting this kind of mistake for the price we pay ! Shame !

Maximum of 3 Stars has this hotel. Not 4 and definitively not 5! But the price they take is for a great 5 star hotel! The best from this hotel is the location. The rooms have dirty carpets and old furniture. The smell is not good. Other people are very loud and smoking. You don't see staff in this hotel. 1 cleaning person and 1 at reception, that's it. One star is for cleaning the room daily and one for the location. You collect so much for the rooms, change at least this old furniture and bath! Let the people get the value for the money they pay that they feel they stay in a 5 star hotel! I will definitely not recommend this hotel and avoid it for the next visit.

Located right in from of Masjid Al-Haram in a tower called Safa Tower, on the right side of clock tower if you are coming from Jabal-e-Omar. Clean room with all necessary equipments. No or limited internet connection Nothing on TV Room service not available since all restaurants are just located on the floor below lobby Walls were so thin that TV more neighbors room was coming across the whole floor. Disturbed twice in the night. 5* because I was given room before check-in time which really made my day since I was extremely tired after Umrah in hot July weather and was wearing ihram, although I left early in the morning as well.

Booked from agoda, me & my husband stayed Dorrar Al Eiman Royal Hotel for my Umrah for 3 days. The staff was very nice and not all of them can speak in english, so most if the time we use our gesture to speak but it's okay since understand them Reasonable price compare to the location One of the best thing about this hotel are their location, direct entrance and just a minute walk to masjidil haram. Located near wc 3 Since it's located in safwah tower so we can easily find a barber shop, restaurant, convenience store etc since it's a mall Breakfast are nice. From asian to european food available Will come back soon for my next umrah, thank you
