Hotel is in good location but other than that there are a lot of improvements to be made. - TV remote was not working - Breakfast does not have many continental options and is more focused to Indonesian food. There is a strange smell when heading towards the restaurant - Bathroom needs major improvements - Furniture in bedroom is broken and not good quality In general I won't be staying in this hotel again as I don't think it's 5 stars. Thanks

This is not 5 star hotel… literally this is not more 2 or 3 star hotel. When arrived. the beds and pillows were not clean, they had stains. Very Old Washroom and was very smelly and has mould. Literally we could not breathe in the washroom. Also, you can smell cooking food in the room and hallways on the 12th floor. We complained and they did not care and ignored us. I asked for another room they refused. We called service for any request they just said yes and never showed up. In front of hotel, very very busy street. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel and excellent location but that's just sums it up. Rooms are little congested and there is no concept of house keeping. You are mostly on your own while staying in this hotel and rooms are bit too pricey but maybe price tag can be justified because of its prime location and closeness to haram. If cleaner rooms are your priority this hotel might not be for you

Spacious room, comfy bed, good amenities and great location. Still within the masjid's perimeter and clock tower complex so it's easier to navigate. Near to the masjid's main entrance to get to the Kaaba and the ramp to 1st floor Thawaf area, recommended for the elderly or those with wheel chair. If you're too tired to walk, there's a dedicated floor inside the building facing the masjid where you can still follow the main congregation for the fard prayer. There's a shopping arcade underneath the hotel as well. Food was great ?. The building is located next to the main road so it's easier to get to the bus or to get a taxi.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were great and the location was really close to Al Haram, but being in a shopping mall tower going in and out was a bit uncomfortable. You need to take 3 escalators down and there are a lot of perfume salespeople and restaurants with overpowering smells that can induce a headache and get stuck to clothes. Plus, it gets super crowded at peak times (after dhuhr and isha) with people flocking to the tower to get lunch/dinner. The breakfast at the hotel was average and very crowded at times, and the wifi wasn't fast and required logging in more than once.
