We stayed here during our stay in Makkah.
Firstly, the hotel is located in Al Safwah Towers. So this makes access from outdoors to the hotel a bit more complicated, as the towers have like three different hotels and various stores.
However, it’s not far from the Al-Haram.
The rooms itself were not of 5* quality, bathrooms were very outdated and not clean.
The buffet breakfast was very delicious and lots of tasty food options, which was lovely.

The hotel is second to none in terms of location to the haram. Facilities are excellent. Staff are helpful and responsive. Lifts are plentiful so you're not waiting around at salaah time. Abraj mall under the hotel has lots of food places and other shops so you're not easting time going to get things. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good views of haram. Alhamdulillah we got 3 rooms together with connecting doors which made it really easy with parents and children.
Special thanks must be given to Hasan (Guest Relations) as he went above and beyond in helping us. Any issues we had we knew he was a mere phone call away to help us sort it out. I stayed here 3 months ago with friends and returned again with a family of 13 because of the excellent service we received from hasan and the hotel. Would try to stay at this hotel next time for sure and would be the first hotel i recommended in Makkah to anyone else.

We were sleeping after long traveling + Omra.
We put a sign “DO NOT DISTURB” at the door. Room service came at 2:30am Knock the door strongly !!! To deliver something we didn’t order !
After few minutes, someone called at the room for the same things!
How to spoil a short stay ! Not expecting this kind of mistake for the price we pay !

Maximum of 3 Stars has this hotel. Not 4 and definitively not 5! But the price they take is for a great 5 star hotel! The best from this hotel is the location. The rooms have dirty carpets and old furniture. The smell is not good. Other people are very loud and smoking. You don't see staff in this hotel. 1 cleaning person and 1 at reception, that's it. One star is for cleaning the room daily and one for the location.
You collect so much for the rooms, change at least this old furniture and bath! Let the people get the value for the money they pay that they feel they stay in a 5 star hotel! I will definitely not recommend this hotel and avoid it for the next visit.

Located right in from of Masjid Al-Haram in a tower called Safa Tower, on the right side of clock tower if you are coming from Jabal-e-Omar.
Clean room with all necessary equipments.
No or limited internet connection
Nothing on TV
Room service not available since all restaurants are just located on the floor below lobby
Walls were so thin that TV more neighbors room was coming across the whole floor. Disturbed twice in the night.
5* because I was given room before check-in time which really made my day since I was extremely tired after Umrah in hot July weather and was wearing ihram, although I left early in the morning as well.
