Room were great and the size was big. We took the apartment with 2 beds and they are comfy. Mr. Mahmoud is very helpful guy. Just ask him, and he is willing to help you the best that he could. Services are good too. We are delighted to recommed this hotel. One thing, location is near too to the shoppimg centers. The only cons was the internet connection is slow. We know they will improve it soon.

The design of the hotel is really bad and there is no restaurant or breakfast or anything and the washroom floor wasn’t very clean it doesn’t fell like a hotel it feels like a hostel

Could be much better if owner would give it more attention. Maintenance and amenities are poor. Paint is blistering all around the walls base. Only one towel is provided in the room. Except for the bed, furniture is dirty.

Alhamdulillah very nice hotel apartment to stay....Rooms n washrooms r exceptionally clean. Very nice interior of the reception. Moreover, the aroma of bakhoor they use is so good.They have cafe near reception/ lounge which remains open 24 hrs. It's located near main road. It's located at a distance of almost 20 to 30 min from Khalid International Airport.I would highly recommend this hotel.
